Remove Image Background
- After that open image in white background now use B&W effect and slect R.
- After this go to sketch option in FX and slect first option.
- after this open tools option and go to adjustment and adjust as requirement.
- Now click ok and go to FX .
- after this click on Artist option .
- now slect Oil paint .
- And set 5 %.
- Now click ok
- Pic Ready .
