Now crop the standard size with the help of the crop tool.






Select the background  color using the selection tool.or paint bucket tool.








Creat new layear.






Now creat new file
Ctrl+N slect photo size landscape 4by6








Put photo layer hear.







Give strok of 5 with black colour.








Now copy or past  as a requirement  photo.









Now save or print as requirnent.
